My wife and I opened The Bagelers Coffeehouse in 2014. We had the strong desire to bring Lincoln Park, the hospitality and amazing breakfast it needs. Since then we have been perfecting our house-made spreads along with our #Chicago-style bagels. Our bagels are kettle-boiled making them chewy, slightly sweetened, with toppings baked into the dough.
